PULLMAN, WA- The University of Idaho women's tennis team fell to Washington State University, 6-1 in Pullman Friday night. The Vandals fall to 1-4 on the season with the loss.
To begin the match Washington State took the No. 3 doubles set, 6-1. The Cougars followed up with another doubles win in the No. 2 spot, earning the doubles point to lead 1-0 in the match.
At the time the Cougars took the doubles point, Laura Spataro and Melissa Huchet were leading 4-2 in the No.1 doubles match. That match went unfinished.
