Vandals Fall at Washington

SEATTLE, Wash.— The University of Idaho men's tennis team fell to Washington, 7-0, on the road Friday night.

Washington won all three doubles matches, taking the doubles point.

Francisco Bascon and Matteo Masala picked up the lone doubles win for the Vandals, defeating Gonzaga, 6-3, in the No. 1 spot.

In singles play Vivek Ramesh fell behind 7-5 in the No. 5 spot before winning the next set 6-3. Ramesh fell 12-10 in the tie breaking set.

"Washington is a very tough opponent. It was great to compete against them today.
