CHENEY, Wash. – Eastern Washington scored a pair of touchdowns in the first seven minutes of the game and cruised to a 71-21 win over the Vandals Saturday at Roos Field in Cheney.
The Vandals tallied 319 yards, including 182 yards on the ground, but the defense couldn't find a rhythm against the EWU offense.
Zach Borisch scored his fourth rushing touchdown in three games when he scored a on a 75-yard run in the first quarter.
Andre Carter scored a three-yard rush in the second quarter and added a score in the fourth.
