MISSOULA, Montana – The University of Idaho men's tennis dropped their first Big Sky match of the season, 4-3, to Montana on the road.
Idaho won two-of-three doubles matches to take the doubles point.
Alejandro Salvador and Adam Taylor earned the first doubles win, 6-1, in the No. 3 spot.
Francisco Bascon and Bruno Casino clinched the doubles point, winning 7-6 (7-4), in the No. 1 spot.
In singles play, Bascon and Casino recorded the only wins for the Vandals while the Griz earned four singles wins.
