CEDAR CITY, Utah – An incredible run to open the second half gave Idaho (14-9, 6-4 BSC) a dominant, 68-44 win over Southern Utah (4-16, 2-7 BSC) on Thursday night.
“We did a great job of executing our game plan,” head coach Don Verlin said. “We kept them out of the lane, we stayed between their bigs and the basket and we did an excellent job of rebounding the basketball. I thought we just played a good solid basketball game. I was really proud of our guys’ focus and how they played defensively tonight.
