OGDEN, Utah – Idaho women's tennis team fell to Weber State 5-2 on Friday afternoon at the Edman Tennis Courts.
The shorthanded Vandals slid to 4-9 overall and 2-2 in conference action. The Wildcats moved to 12-8 (6-1 BSC) on the season.
Idaho trailed early on in the match after dropping the doubles point. Ke Syuan Jhang and Saffron Dowse teamed up to win 7-5 over Weber State's pair at the No. 1 spot but WSU responded with a 6-2 win at No. 2 and a victory by forfeit to go up 1-0.
