The meets in California brought numerous teams from all over the country and despite the crazy schedule and highly competitive field, 33 Vandals set personal bests including a school record.
Highlighting the week was Lorenz Herrmann, who ran the 1500 meters in a school-record time of 3:42.11. The previous record was set in 1982 by John Trott (3:43.4).
Tim Stevens ran the third-best time in Idaho history in the 1500 meters with a time of 3:43.
