MOSCOW, Idaho—Idaho men's tennis waited all season to play in front of a home crowd. They had to wait a little bit longer to get the first home win of the season on Wednesday. The Vandals battled to 4-3 win over Eastern Washington, wrapping up the Big Sky season.
Four of the day's six singles matches went all three sets, extending the Senior Day match into the early dusk.
All eyes turned to the No. 2 court in the waning moments of the match. Tied at three the winner was decided between Idaho's Felipe Fonseca and EWU's Scott Paz.
