PHOENIX—The Idaho Vandals took home the GCU Tournament title on Saturday night. Idaho played its most complete set of matches this season, earning three consecutive sweeps over Gonzaga, Fordham and Grand Canyon.

Idaho (4-4) extends its winning streak to four matches, its longest since a four game streak late in 2015. The three consecutive sweeps by the Vandals are the most since claiming four sweeps in a row back in 2014.

Kaela Straw earned Tournament MVP honors. She led the Vandals with 36 kills, averaging a team-best 4.0 per set. Straw recorded just two errors on 81 total swings.
