LAS VEGAS- Idaho women's golf moved up the leaderboard Tuesday, in the final round of the Rebel Beach Invitational. The Vandals shot a 10-over 298, one of just four teams in the field to shoot under 300 on the last day of play at Spanish Trail Country Club in Las Vegas. Idaho finished in ninth, carding a 55-over 919 total score.
"We putted much better today, which was one of our main goals for today," said head coach Lisa Johnson. "We didn't like our position after the second round, so we made an effort to move up the leaderboard.
