MOSCOW, Idaho – The Idaho Vandals (3-10, 2-2) defense was on display at ICCU Arena Thursday Night, holding the Weber State Wildcats (7-8, 3-3) to just 41 points in an convincing 62-41 win in front of the home faithful.
For the second-straight game the Vandals held their opponent to their season low offensive output. Idaho forced 18 Weber State turnovers and held the Wildcats to just 12 made field goals (12-49).
"I thought our overall defensive intensity was good, we came out focused." head coach said. "We can build on that great defensive effort and rebounding effort.
