MOSCOW, Idaho – Vandal hoops is back at it again, signing highly-touted forward Jared Rodriguez from the class of 2017.
A product of Glendale, Arizona, Rodriguez plays for head coach Ely Lopez at Mountain Ridge High School. A 6-8 forward, Rodriguez also competes for the Arizona Power under head coach Glen Mayberry on the AAU circuit.
Rodriguez is a tremendous all-around talent that filled up the box score during his junior season. He averaged 14.2 points per game to go along with 7.5 rebounds and 3.1 blocks. He shot a solid 42 percent from the field and cashed in at 38 percent from downtown while leading his team to an overall record of 19-7.
