FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. – The Idaho volleyball team (4-16, 1-7 BSC) got back in the win column, taking down Northern Arizona (3-13, 2-7) in four sets, 21-25, 25-23, 25-23, 25-17, on Saturday afternoon at Rolle Activity Center.
"Clearly it has been a long time coming," Idaho head coach Chris Gonzalez said. "I'm incredibly happy for the players and the staff. It has not been for a lack of preparation, so I am happy to see them rewarded for their effort. Although we did not win the first set, we were able to use the type of attack we were hoping to use against NAU with higher frequency.
