LOUDONVILLE, NY -- The University of Idaho volleyball team beat Siena College in four sets to jumpstart the Siena Saints Invitational and earn their first win of the season (1-6).
Idaho was led by with a career-high 17 kills and with 13 kills. Fontes also posted her first double-double of her Dl career with 11 digs.
The Saints won the first set, 25-13. Idaho had 11 kills but suffered six attack errors to help Siena earn the opening set victory.
Idaho tied the match with a 25-20 win in the second set. Brickey led the charge with six kills in the second to overwhelm the Siena defense.
