MOSCOW, Idaho – The Idaho volleyball team (4-23, 1-14 BSC) fell in a highly-contested five-set (25-23, 23-25, 25-23, 20-25, 13-15) match against Northern Arizona (5-17, 4-11 BSC) Friday night on ICCU Court at Memorial Gym.
The Vandals surged out of the gate to an opening frame, 25-23 victory, before falling in the contest's second set, 23-25. Idaho regained the match lead following a third set, 25-23 win before NAU closed out the match with wins in sets four and five.
Idaho true freshman outside hitter Olivia Gloeckner once again shined for the Silver and Gold, recording her fourth double-double of the season with a career-high 23 kills and 11 digs.
