MOSCOW, Idaho – Gevani McCoy found Jordan Dwyer in the corner of the endzone as time expired to lead the Idaho Offense to a 20-17 win over the Vandal defense Friday night in the spring game.
The defense was spotted 17 points for the game and would have been rewarded with points for turnovers but failed to capitalize. Trent Elstad scored a one-yard touchdown and Ricardo Chavez added field goals of 44 and 37 yards, all in the first half.
The offense racked up 453 yards on 83 plays, including 385 through the air.
