MOSCOW, Idaho – The Idaho Vandal track and field team closed out a solid performance at the Lauren McCluskey Memorial Saturday at Laurne McCluskey Track inside the P1FCU Kibbie Dome. It was the largest field in the meet's history.
The Vandals rode home track advantage to events wins in eight events, including a gold medal sweep in the men's and women's mile.
"It always special to host a home meet and this weekend was a huge success," head coach Tracy Hellman said. "We had a record number of teams which resulted in great results in every event throughout the meet.
