MOSCOW, Idaho – Friday, Idaho Track and Field will travel 80 miles to Spokane, Washington for the Whitworth Peace Meet. Action in the Lilac City will begin at 11 a.m. with the women's discus and men's shot put, as the women's 10k will kick off the track events at 12:45 p.m.
The black and gold will be well represented at Whitworth, as 55 student-athletes are slated to compete in Friday's action.
Mia Sylvester will compete for Idaho in the discus for the second time this season. The junior claimed ninth in the event at the outdoor season-opening Oregon Relays after a throw of 37.
