RIVERSIDE, Calif. – First half woes were a problem again on Sunday afternoon for Idaho soccer in a 2-0 loss at Cal Baptist.
Ari Coronado gave the Lancers a 1-0 advantage in the 36th minute on a shot from just outside the top of the box. The Lancers doubled their advantage in the 60th minute. Amy Aquino was able to find the bottom left corner.
Avrie Fox made five saves in the loss. The Vandals were outshot 23-9, including 7-2 in shots on goal. Kaysie Bruce led Idaho with five shots.
