CHICAGO – Idaho guard Taylor Pierce has been selected to the Women's 3-Point Championship roster for the 31st annual State Farm College Slam Dunk & 3-Point Championships at Minneapolis' Target Center on Thursday, April 4, Intersport announced today. Pierce is one of eight women's college basketball players selected for the event that will air live on ESPN at 8 p.m. CT. She was invited to take part in the Women's 3-Point Championship after being recognized as one of the nation's finest shooters from 3-point territory.
Pierce, who owns the NCAA single-season record for three-pointers made with 154 this year, leads the nation as the top three-point shooter making an impressive 4.
