FARMINGTON, Utah – After scoring and assisting on all four Vandal goals last week, graduate defender Alyssa Peters has been named Big Sky Co-Offensive Player of the Week, as announced by the league office on Tuesday.
This marks the second weekly honor for Peters this season and the third for her career. The Bremerton, Washington native scored one goal and recorded three assists, etching her name in Big Sky history as the all-time leader in career assists in conference history with 28.
In the 3-2 victory over the Lumberjacks, Peters helped open the scoring in the 22nd minute on a free kick sent into the box to connect with Annika Farley for an Idaho goal.
