SUZHOU, China – It was an off-day for the Idaho men’s basketball team as the squad prepares for the final two games of the Atlas Challenge.
The Vandals finished in a three-way tie for second in Group B with Macedonia and Lithuania. Idaho will take on Japan at 6 a.m. Pacific on Saturday. The Vandals will then take on either Belarus or Macedonia on Sunday.
Away from the game, the team took time on Thursday to visit the Classical Gardens of Suzhou. The gardens are recognized by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) as a World Heritage Site for offering a specific cultural or physical significance.
