FARMINGTON, Utah – For the second time this season, Idaho men's basketball junior forward Isaac Jones was named the Big Sky Conference Men's Basketball Co-Player of the Week, as announced by the league office on Tuesday.
Jones delivered an all-around effort on both ends of the floor to earn his second career weekly honor. He shot 72 percent (26-of-36) from the field and averaged 29.5 points per game, 11 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 2.5 blocks in two games against Sacramento State and Portland State.
Jones posted one of the best single-game performances in Idaho history against Sac State, scoring a career-high 42 points and 12 rebounds.
