FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. - Nikki Imanaka and Heather Carbon competed on the three-meter springboard Monday, the first day of the 2019 NCAA Zone E Diving Championships. Imanaka finished 36th in prelims, while Carbon took 45th.
Imanaka posted a score of 239.10. This is her third appearance at the Zone meet and second time competing on three-meter. Imanaka's score and place are both improvements on her previous showing in the event in 2016.
Carbon recorded a 223.35 Monday. She made her Zones debut last season, placing 55th on three-meter and 58th on one-meter.
