SACRAMENTO—The Big Sky Conference announced its volleyball All-Conference team and individual awards prior to the start of Thursday's conference tournament.
Idaho junior Alycia Wodke was voted the Big Sky's Newcomer of the Year. Junior Sarah Sharp was recognized as a First Team All-Conference selection. Juniors Kaela Straw and DeVonne Ryter were both selected Second Team All-Conference.
Wodke, a transfer from College of Southern Idaho, leads all juniors in the Big Sky with 4.60 digs per set in her first season as a Vandal.
