MOSCOW, Idaho - Idaho women's basketball is back on the road for a pair of neutral-site games against former conference foes at the University of San Diego Winter Classic. The Vandals meet Nevada Saturday before playing New Mexico State Sunday.
ABOUT IDAHO: The Vandals are coming off of the first win of the season, a 90-84 true road win over the Naval Academy. The Vandals were picked to finish third by the Big Sky Coaches and Beyonce Bea was named to the Big Sky Preseason team. Idaho returns three starters off of last year's team; Bea, Sydney Gandy and Tiana Johnson, who is taking advantage of her covid year to play a fifth season of basketball.
