CHENEY, Wash. – The outdoor season is picking up for Idaho track and field, this week taking on the 45th Annual Pelluer Invitational hosted by Eastern Washington University.

Idaho had a handful of personal-bests on the day, with a number of athletes moving up the Big Sky rankings.

Jonny Magee won an uncontested triple jump competition with a personal-best jump of 14.84 meters (47-6.25). The jump moves Magee into fourth in the Big Sky in the event. Zachary Short dominated in the shot put at 17.
