PHEONIX—Idaho men's tennis snapped its two match losing streak with a 4-2 win at Grand Canyon on Wednesday. Idaho improves to 8-4 on the season and 2-2 on the current seven match road-trip.
The Vandals got behind the eight ball, dropping the doubles point for the second straight match. The Lopes put together a pair of 6-2 wins at No. 3 and No. 3 to take the early 1-0 lead.
Guilherme Scarpelli got Idaho's point of the day. He put together a 6-2, 7-6 win over Gregorie Balenci at No. 6.
