NEW ORLEANS, La. – The United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) has named its 2019 Team Academic Award winners, with both the Idaho men's and women's cross country teams earning national recognition.
For the women, it is the fifth consecutive season being recognized. The men has earned the award in four straight seasons.
The women's team posted a GPA of 3.86, which is the fourth highest average in the nation. Thirteen student-athletes earned Big Sky Fall All-Academic honors.
