CLE ELUM, Wash. - A series of three bogeys to close the front nine put Sophie Hausmann in a hole that she couldn't climb out of Tuesday, in the second round of the NCAA Women's Golf Cle Elum Regional at Tumble Creek Golf Club. Hausmann shot an 8-over 80, falling into a tie for 64th at 9-over with one round remaining.
Hausmann carded five bogeys on the front nine, including each of the final three holes headed into the turn. She shook off the early struggles to start the back nine, hitting the 10th green in regulation and ultimately tapping in for par.
