MOSCOW, Idaho – University of Idaho Men's Tennis Coach, Daniel Hangsteffer has announced the addition of Alex Asenov to the 2020-21 roster. Asenov joins the Vandals from Wells Tennis Academy and Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Prior to joining the Vandals, Asenov competed in eight International Tennis Federation Junior Singles events, recording two wins.
"We are so excited to have Alex here," said Hangsteffer. "He is a hard worker, very talented and a great teammate! I think he will push the team in practice and in match-play every day."
Asenov joined the Vandals at the beginning of the fall semester and will compete in the spring season.
