MOSCOW, Idaho– Former Idaho women's basketball player Louise Forsyth has signed her first professional contract to play for Esperance Sportive Pully, a first-division team in Switzerland.
Forsyth played the 2021-22 season for the Vandals, transferring from Gonzaga. Forysth had a career season with the Vandals posting career-highs in nearly every statistical category. She scored 413 points while shooting 39.7 percent from the floor. She totaled 128 rebounds, 35 assists, 17 steals and 15 blocks. She was named the Big Sky's Top Reserve and honorable mention all-conference.
During a six-game stretch late in the season, Forsyth was clutch in the fourth quarter, scoring 60 percent of her points and shooting 57 percent in the final frame.
