BOZEMAN, Mont. – The Idaho Vandals (3-12, 2-4) fell 79-69 to the Montana State Bobcats (8-8, 3-2) Monday night in Worthington Arena.
For the second-straight game recorded a double-double (15 points – 12 rebounds) But the Vandals couldn't contain the Bobcats, who shot 48.3 percent from the field and scored 36 points in the paint
Trailing by eight at the half, Idaho couldn't cut into the Bobcat lead in the second half. Montana State led by ten for a majority of the second half, before the Vandals made a run late in the fourth. Idaho trimmed the MSU lead to six with two minutes left in regulation, but couldn't climb any closer as MSU iced the game from the free-throw line down the stretch.
