PHOENIX—Idaho men's tennis cruised past Montana, 4-0, claiming its second Big Sky Championship in the last three years.
"We have a quality group of guys," head coach Abid Akbar exclaimed. "I had faith in them from the start. It has been their hard work and will all season long that has taken them to the top. I am happy for the team and they deserve all the credit."
The Vandals began strong and never let up. Idaho scored a pair of 6-2 wins in doubles to gain the early 1-0 advantage.
