Keane Lewis-Potter felt Saturday’s win against Fleetwood Town was all about the character that exists within the Hull City squad.
The Tigers had to come from a goal down to claim the three points, with Lewis-Potter’s thumping diving header completing the turnaround for a 2-1 success. It was a big win as it moved Grant McCann’s side eleven points clear of third-placed Sunderland ahead of their meeting at the KCOM on Tuesday night and Lewis-Potter says they dug deep to get the victory.
“It was a big win for us,” said Lewis-Potter.
“The aim is to win every game until the end of the season but going 1-0 down was a blow.
