Jacob Greaves comes in for his Tigers league debut at centre-half, with fit-again captain Richie Smallwood returning in midfield and Josh Magennis, back from international duty, starting up front.
Dan Batty and Hakeeb Adelakun drop to the bench, with Jordy de Wijs not involved in the matchday squad.
