Hull City have been accused of sending 'incomplete documents' in a botched deadline day move for Guingamp striker Yannis Salibur.
The relegation-threatened Premier League club failed in a late bid for the 26-year-old French frontman, as they attempted to reinforce their attacking options in time for the relegation run-in.
And now Guingamp president Bertrand Desplat has had his say on the situation – and lays the blame squarely on the Tigers.
Salibur, who has scored five times in 21 Ligue 1 outings this term, had looked set to join Hull but Desplat says a 'lack of coolness' ruined the deal.
