Reading escaped with a 1-1 Sky Bet Championship draw from a dour contest with Hull thanks to an 87th-minute equaliser from Jon Dadi Bodvarsson.
Hull appeared on course for their first away league win in 13 months when Fraizer Campbell put them ahead shortly before the half-hour mark, until substitute Bodvarsson drilled home a fierce late leveller.
