Alfie Jones says that there is no chance of anybody within the Hull City squad getting carried away by their current league position and insists that feet will remain firmly on the ground.
The Tigers won for the fifth game in a row at the weekend and moved six points clear at the top of Sky Bet League One following a 2-0 victory over Oxford United, although Peterborough United in second place do have three games in hand, and Jones knows the importance of taking things a game at a time.
“There’s no chance of anyone getting carried away by where we are at the moment,” said Jones.
