After winning promotion a fortnight ago and the League One title last weekend, Grant McCann says the opportunity to set a new club record will be motivation enough for his Hull City players when they take on Charlton Athletic on Sunday.
The Tigers head to The Valley knowing that a win would move them on to 92 points and see the class of 2020/21 put another stamp in the Club’s history books.
“The boys have already broken and set records this season in terms of the number of goals we’ve scored away from home and the number of away wins, so a record points tally is the next one for us to aim for,” said McCann.
