Grant McCann said he was proud of the way his players went about their business as Hull City moved three points clear at the top of Sky Bet League One with a 3-1 victory at Peterborough United.
The two sides had gone into the game as the joint-leaders of the division, but goals from Reece Burke, Keane Lewis-Potter and a Mallik Wilks penalty saw the Tigers recover from a slow start against a Posh side that would be reduced to ten men just before half time with the score at 1-1.
“It was a good result and a good performance,” said McCann.
