Grant McCann says his Hull City side will face a ‘completely different’ Northampton Town to the one they beat earlier in the season when the two teams meet at the KCOM Stadium on Easter Monday.
Goals from Keane Lewis-Potter and George Honeyman saw the Tigers net a 2-0 win against the Cobblers back in September, but plenty has changed at Sixfields since then and, while Northampton continue to fight to retain their place in League One, they are going about it in an attractive manner.
“They’re a completely different team to the one we faced back in September,” said McCann.
