Grant McCann was pleased to see his Hull City side produce another calm and controlled performance on Saturday, which resulted in a 2-0 victory over Bristol Rovers at the KCOM Stadium.
Gavin Whyte scored a goal in each half to fire the Tigers back to the top of the Sky Bet League One table, but it was the win and performance that pleased the Head Coach the most.
“It was a controlled performance,” said McCann.
“I was pleased and I thought it was good from the players. The boys delivered the game plan that we’d set out to a tee.
