Grant McCann has been pleased with the start Hakeeb Adelakun has made to his Hull City career – and admits the winger isn’t even fully fit.
The 24-year-old marked his home debut with the only goal in a 1-0 victory over Plymouth Argyle, expertly volleying home Keane Lewis-Potter’s inviting 10th-minute cross.
That match-winning contribution came a week after providing an inch-perfect assist for George Honeyman in the 2-0 win at Northampton in his first appearance in black and amber.
And McCann says fans can expect even more from the Bristol City loanee when he finds full match sharpness.
