Hull City head coach Liam Rosenior says he is "super close" to extending his contract with the Championship club.
The 39-year-old took over at the Tigers in November 2022 on a two-and-a-half-year deal.
Tuesday's 4-1 home win over struggling Rotherham moved them up to sixth in the second tier.
"The reason it's taken time is because we're so relaxed. Everything's nearly agreed, there's no disagreements," he told BBC Radio Humberside.
"It's super close, hopefully it'll be announced really soon. I want to commit my future to this wonderful football club that I love and that is a privilege to be the manager of.
