Hull City Head Coach Grant McCann has confirmed that Keane Lewis-Potter will be forced to sit out this weekend’s fixture against Burton Albion.
The 19-year-old is currently having to self-isolate after his partner showed symptoms of COVID-19. Lewis-Potter has since returned a negative test result but, under government health guidelines, will still have to isolate for the rest of the weekend before returning to training early next week.
Elsewhere, George Long has today returned to training. The goalkeeper missed Tuesday night’s clash with Harrogate Town, but was back in training earlier today after producing a negative COVID-19 test result.
