Matt Ingram was disappointed with both the performance and result in Saturday’s 1-0 defeat against Shrewsbury Town.
The Tigers were unbeaten in five league games prior to the defeat last weekend, but Ingram says that he and his Hull City teammates are ready to respond to the loss as they face two games in three days this week.
“We were gutted in the dressing room afterwards,” said Ingram. “We didn’t impose our game on Shrewsbury in the first half, and then in the second half we huffed and we puffed but we couldn’t blow their door down.
