Goalkeeper Matt Ingram says that he and his Hull City teammates are eager to make quick amends for Saturday’s 1-0 defeat at home to MK Dons.
The 27-year-old admitted that the result was a tough one to take, but insists that no-one is feeling sorry for themselves as the Tigers look to make a quick response against Wigan Athletic on Wednesday night.
“I was gutted with the result,” said Ingram. “We limited their opportunities and created a few ourselves and we’re just gutted to lose it on a penalty decision. We’re really disappointed because we felt we stuck to the game plan and did alright.
