Hull City U23’s secured all three points in their latest Professional Development League fixture after defeating Coventry City U23’s 2-0. Goals in each half from Josh Hinds and McCauley Snelgrove sealed the victory for the Tigers at Bootham Crescent.
Richard Naylor and Andy Dawson made five changes to the starting eleven that drew 2-2 with Crewe Alexandra last time out. David Robson replaced Harvey Cartwright in-between the sticks, while Jake Leake, Danny Lupano, Harry Wood and Hinds all came into the side for Brandon Fleming, Festus Arthur, Callum Jones and Billy Chadwick respectively.
The Tigers started the brighter of the two teams as both Max Sheaf and Jordan Hickey fired chances off target, before Robson held Jack Burroughs’ attempt.
