Hull City star Ryan Mason has been told to stay positive as he should soon be back playing again - by a footballer who suffered the same horror injury.
Mason underwent emergency surgery on a fractured skull on Sunday after a sickening clash of heads with Chelsea's Gary Cahill during Hull's 2-0 loss at Stamford Bridge.
Iain Hume knows all too well what the 25-year-old is going through, having fractured his skull in 2008 after being elbowed in the head during a match for Barnsley.
